A very dissapointing experience! A woman wanted bby check in our money cash and had no change and we didn't get any recied! CREDIT CARD PAY WAS NOT POSSIBLE!!! We had to go to an other adress of the city for the RECEPTION PLACE TO GET THE CHANGE OF OUR MONEY AND THERE WAS A VERY ROOD GUY YELLING AT US! He don't wanted to give us the right change back because he thought that the 6,50€ we paid to Hostel World where sevice fee to Hostel World and not deposit. This was extriemly unprofessional!
