Beautiful hostel, really cute, owner does a great job, close to the main plaza. She was even nice enough to let us chill there after we had checked out and keep our bags there for the day. Would definitely go back.

Airesbuenos Hostal is a cute little place very close to the river and center of Valdivia. Staff is very helpful, with daily activities in the city and ideas for day trips. Cozy environment, excellent breakfast! homemade granola, fresh fruit and real coffee!! (no nescafe! ) would stay there again

The hostel is very eco friendly and has a great alternative character. The breakfast is made with love. The garden is the home of the dug of the owner ;-)

Very nice hostel. Well located, helpful staff.... Everything's neat and tidy and very clean. One of the best I've ever stayed in South America.

Good atmosphere here. As a solo traveller it's the place to stay. Only need two nights in Valdivia. One bathroom is not ideal but its manageable

I stayed for almost a week and loved it! You get everything you need, the beds and rooms are very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Even though you have just one shower and one toilet I never had the problem that I needed to wait for long or anything. And if you do not like to sit with others chatting and playing instruments, just go in the garden and visit the duck ^^

The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This has been the place I've enjoyed the most. They are green and try to recycle everything which is really good. Nice memories from this hostel. The toilets are clean but it would be better if there were more and the bed was fantastic.

I loved the space of this place, great area to hang out inside and outside. It is kept really clean and made to be comfortable. The staff made me feel a little rushed when I entered and wanted to give a tour immediately instead of giving me 5-10 minutes to put my stuff in my room before showing me everything. ***Also, when you write your estimated time of arrival make sure you come within 2 hours or they will cancel your reservation if you don't call ahead of time!

Nice, quiet hostel, good kitchen, clean bathroom and a lovely garden with a duck! The beds in the dorm were not built as bunks, but were bolted together, meaning they wobbled and squeaked a bit when one person got in and out of bed, which woke me a couple of times.

Airesbuenos Hostel is conveniently located, within walking distance of both the bus station and grocery and mall shopping. It is clean, has useful sight-seeing information in the common room and has a friendly and helpful staff. My upper bunk had no ladder to climb on and the bathroom was cramped. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night.

We had our wine and some of our food taken. Hot and really needed vans. Great duck outside and well intentioned employees.

Too expensive but still the cheapest in Valdivia... Staff was helpful and tried the best to dry the wet clothes after it rained all day.

I had a great time at this hostel. The staff were tons of fun, and it was really easy to get other travelers at the hostel to all hang out together. Only qualm was that is was a little pricey.
