The hostel was a bit tricky to find since it does not appear either on GPS or Google Maps but you can call and reach. Internet facility was the only thing which was missing at hostel. Rest everything was good. Travelers should take care to take something to eat which can be cooked in the kitchen.

We arrived a bit (too) late in the night, the guy was no longer expecting us but he friendly welcomed us anyway. This is not a "comfy" hostel, with internet and so on, it's just the basic commodity, as explained in the description, don't expect more. However, the perfect place if you're planning to just spend the night and eat a little something (buy food in Port William, there's no supermarket closer).

I am sorry you did not find our hostel comfy. Most folk do. We are a simple hostel, not basic. Internet access is possible but we do not offer it as a service, but it is possible to pick up a signal from our home hub. We do have folk staying for a week or more and many guests enjoy the peacefulness of the hostel overlooking the river and the mountains. If guests arrive late afternoon there is a shop in Roy Bridge (two miles away). There is a lot to do in the area and in the evening there is a hotel over the road for evening meals. We also have a sauna on site and a large garden for your use.
