One staff member was extremely rude. The rooms get very cold during the winter, and the blanket i was provided was not enough to keep me warm. The entire place was very clean, and the free wi-fi was great.One staff member was extremely rude. My Gosh! I arrived there so tired and the girl in reception gave me the key for the fifth flour without any elevator, so if you carry heavy bag don\'t think about this hostel, though the hostel is located in a good area! but the room was quite big My Gosh! The hostel was very basic with few facilities. It was OK for a base but nothing more. It was not very clean and the beds are very uncomfortable. You do not get a proper blanket, just a cheap sheet, the mattresses are wafer thin and the pillows the same. The beds make an awful lot of noise when people get in and out or turn. In other words, it is very difficult to get a good nights sleep. The hostel was very noisy in general. Not a very enjoyable experince all in all. The bathroom is open to reception with clear colored cloth separating the two. Staff was not very kind. Exit sign lights up whole room at night, might as well have the lights on. They open the two dorm room doors at 9 am so it gets loud quickly and no privacy as the two dorms are open to reception and face each other.
