This was a basic place but the staff was helpful and convenient to the bus line. The labeling of "youth" hostel is loose as there were all ages and lots of families.

Had some trouble with the booking even though i reserved it on Hostelworld when I checked in at midnight but was able to find a bed. Only a short stay as I had to leave the next morning so can't comment much on the hostel but seems pleasant enough.

Lovely place. The open balconies and elevation made it cooler than than outside. Great location. Definitely would recommend.

An excellent and great place to enjoy backpacker style. Good wifi signal at lounge area and refillable water station. Just hoped that rooms had higher pillows and showers had stronger water pressure.

On the way back... one night stay before boarding the flight. This place is still the best choice in terms of location, value, ambience, staff hospitality, and so on.

Good location, just a few minutes from airport bus stop. Staff are very helpful on arranging day tours at affordable price, and advice on how to get around. Dorm rooms with air-cond are really pleasing after walking in the heat all day long outside. Shared bathrooms and toilets are quite spacious and comfortable. Especially the lobby is very relaxing in nice ambience. Though located near walking street, its other side faces the greenery of the hill, yielding tranquility at night. I do like here.

Had a great time here! In a really central area for all things KK. Lock box for security, the 5 bed dorm was roomy and the air con strong! Staff was friendly and knew lots, could arrange tours and help out with island hopping as well. Only downside was there was only 1 plug in the dorm for 5 beds, so many people hung out in the common room charging their stuff. Not the worst thing that could happen, and easy to make friends because of it.
