We enjoyed our stay at this hostel. First night we stayed at a ground floor double room witch was basic. The rest of the days we stayed at the first floor in a double room and enjoyed this room very much! Although the owner was really friendly throughout our stay, the last day when he brought us to the bus station with his taxi, he ripped us of for asking MUCH MORE than the usual rate....NOT NICE!!!!! This overshadowed our good feeling of the hostel we had in first case...

very friendly and welcoming staff nice place to stay near jonker street 10 mn far from the supermarket and so cheap! my best guesthouse in malaysia!

Staff were very friendly and very helpful! Taxi's didn't know where it was, but once there everything is in walking distance! Hostel is clean but building is run down and area around hostel not clean so had a slightly dirty feel, but rooms and tv area felt clean and comfortable. I would rate this as a basic hostel, but for the price I do recommend it and I would stay there again.

A lovely family run hostel, perfect for backpackers on a budget. Very close to all the sights in Melaka town centre. Friendly and welcoming.
