Friendly staff, nice place. How to get there: Exit train station and cross the bridge to your left. Turn right immediately and keep walking along the canal until you come to another bridge. Do NOT cross this one; turn left (again along the water) and just keep walking until the canal makes a right turn. Follow the right turn, sticking to the water's edge, and keep walking until you reach the next bridge. Don't cross it. Turn left (along the water) and look for the alleyway called Del Forno.

Very helpful and frienly staff, well located for sights. Very overpriced for what you get, no breakfast, toilet without seat, very uncomfortable bed.
