The location and (shared) bathroom was good, however we were very disappointed to find that our room had a sofa bed in it, not a bed. For 110 euros a night, we would expect a bed!!! The security was a bit questionable. No doubt the building was secure, but the same key unlocked all internal doors, including other private rooms, with nowhere internally secure for our 'valuables'. Location was a little noisy but not unexpectedly being so central. Would probably stay again, but request a bed!

After living in Venice for two months earlier this year, I returned for one last weekend before flying home to Australia and was thrilled to find this guesthouse as it was located above one of my favourite hidden spots of Venice - an amazing restaurant/bar situated on the Grand Canal with views of Rialto bridge. You should, without doubt stay here. It may be hard to find if you are not familiar with the

See the reviews at Late Rooms and Trip Advisor for an accurate portrayal of the mixed experiences. Ours was dreadful, though Deborah who was working during the daytime was a star and really did her best for us, it was just the rest of the staff and particularly the owner that were a bit of a let down. I won't be staying here again I'm afraid

This hotel was very nice and in a good location in Venice (near the Rialto Bridge). However, it was very difficult to find, which is expected becuase venice is the most confusing city ever. The staff was by far the nicest we met on the trip and was very accomidating. My only advice is to print out a google map of the location before you go so you have more luck finding the place. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

It was an extremely pleasant stay, made even better by the quality of service and friendliness of the staff. The bedroom and en-suite were immaculate and the location was fantastic for seeing the sites. I\'d recommend this to anyone!

For us it was perfect, the location, the bed, the clean towels and the owners were really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was a little poor and during the night there was a lot of noise from the street below the window of our room. But hey, what to expect for 35 euro's each per night! Absolutely loved it and would come back again!
