The staff were really very helpful and accommodating. They were very responsive to our needs, i.e. emergency booking, extended stay, need to check-out late. They exhausted options to accommodate our needs. The staff, Laura and Deborah were very helpful. The room has a character and the bathroom was really spacious. Except for the stairs, it was a very convenient place to stay in. It's also a good location, it's just within minutes from Rialto.

We had a lovely time at Al Palazzo Lion Morosini. The complimentary breakfast was especially nice. The blankets and lighting could have been nicer. Also the wireless Internet connection was poor.

The room was nice and large the bed was a little small but I am 6'5. I had my own bathroom which was a plus also. The only down fall was there are a lot steps to the room (as my room was on the top floor of the palace) but your in Venice and you must walk to go anywhere.

super friendly staff. first night there was an empty room with canal view, and the staff let us stay without additional fee. right in the center of Venice, 1 minute walk to ponte de rialto. behind the hotel, there is a very cool bar with very generous tapas and live jazz friday and saturday night. will definitely stay again.
