Ok hotel. I think it is very over priced for the room you get. It has got a great location being close to the Rialto Bridge and only a 10 min walk away from the ferries to Burano.
I stayed here on the way back from a cruise. It's tucked away on a dead end alley. The staff was very friendly and spoke english. The booking, for 4 people, had 4 beds. The room was very clean and came w/ linen. The bathroom was also clean but the toilet was installed way too close to the tub so it was uncomfortable if you had to sit down. At the end of the alle was a delicious restaurant w/ no name and a dock to sit down at to drink wine while the sun set. Highly recommended!
The staff were really very helpful and accommodating. They were very responsive to our needs, i.e. emergency booking, extended stay, need to check-out late. They exhausted options to accommodate our needs. The staff, Laura and Deborah were very helpful. The room has a character and the bathroom was really spacious. Except for the stairs, it was a very convenient place to stay in. It's also a good location, it's just within minutes from Rialto.
We had a lovely time at Al Palazzo Lion Morosini. The complimentary breakfast was especially nice. The blankets and lighting could have been nicer. Also the wireless Internet connection was poor.
