Our hotel has recently been renovated and has 18 comfortable bedrooms, most of which have a private balcony. It is also possible to use the kitchen on request.
The hotel is located less than 1 km from the motorway exit, about 1.5 km from the Venice-Mestre railway station. The nearest bus stop is about 10 metres from the hotel (every 10 minutes).
Our reception will be happy to provide useful advice for your stay and is keen to look after your every need.
The hotel offer rooms with private bathroom air conditioned, satellite TV, telephone and room service.
The hotel has free private parking so those who arrive by car can leave their vehicle here and avoid likely queues and the high cost of parking in Venice (18 to 24 Euros a day)

The instructions online on how to reach this hotel were excellent and extremely detailed ,which we really appreciated!!! The staff were very sweet and accommodating. Not difficult to get into Venice either.
