The staff are incredibly helpful and pay attention to your needs in details.Their travelling advice is excellent, the deals for transportation/tours given by the hotel are cheaper than what I got from travel agents/taxi drivers around Wadi Musa. The room is more like a hotel room. The location is within walking distance from Petra, you have to climb up a long hill when you go back from Petra to the hotel though. The breakfast is a buffet, with MEAT.Excellent place! I seldom give a score of 100%.

Really friendly staff. Organised a good value trip to Wadi Rum for us and got up early on the day of our trip to make us breakfast! I have already recommended this hotel to others.

Me and my wife had very pleasant time in rashed hotel-Petra.We had an AC to warm the cool night and lovely breakfast in the morning.Location is really next to the bus stop to Amman so we simply walk 5 minutes and have riched the bus.Petra mountains is just 10 minutes walk and all shops and restaurants are all around.
