We had a pleasant time at the hostel. The only down side was the fact that we couldn t lock our dorm from the outside. I would recommand the place anyway

I like this hostel a lot. Clean, safe, the staff are nice and helpful. They have a bathroom for each room, and will clean the room everyday, just like the regular hotel, that's really good. The internet speed is good. And 15 minutes to downtown center is not bad. Although it locates beside the road, it is quiet at night (after 10:00 pm). I also like the decoration in this hostel. Anyway, this hostel is the best one that I stayed in during my trip in Mexico.

Wonderful place, run by a great owner and staff. The location is not ideal, but it's only a 7 minute walk to the interesting part of town. For some reason, the dorm can only be locked from the inside, which is a bit of a nuisance. Also, the dorm is exposed to quite a bit of noise from passing traffic. Still, I returned here a second time because the atmosphere is so friendly. The owner has breakfast with his guests and gets to know them. There's a real sense of community. Stay here!

I stayed here a few days, and it as excellent. I loved the look and feel of the place, and the little rooftop terrace they had. Walking, it\'s about 10-15 minutes from the heart of Guanajuato. The staff are knowledgeable, and the place very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The 8 bed dorm was cramped. fortunately there were only three of us, if it had been full, I think it would have been a disaster. The only common space was a small kitchen table and the roof. It didn't work for me. It was quiet which I rank high.

The staff was friendly but kind of outdated with their knowledge. One recommended that I visit the active Valenciana mine and even told me that it would cost me 60 pesos. I drove up to the mine only to be told that it had been closed to the public for the past 3 years!
