Despite the superb location (if arrive by train). 1) it's stuffy, bad ventilation in room and lobby 2) staff is not helpful esp. that guy with an Italian accent he's unfriendly 3) room is small like hell and the bathroom! You can't stick your butt in if you aren't skinny. TRUST ME!! The bathroom is ridiculously small!! 4) Lobby is often closed you have to ring them and wait and whatnot to use just the microwave; their kitchen (/pantry) is filthy, I won't pay 8 euro for THEIR breakfast

Cheap hostel for Cannes and not too far from the beach, but was right next to the train station and a bit dingy. Our room and bedding reeked of cigarettes despite the hotel being non smoking. The staff were downstairs smoking cigars when we got there!

Rooms are tiny, bathrooms are tinier, not very comfortable. It's located right opposite to the railway station which is probably the only plus. Guess you can't expect much more for the price at Cannes.
