Despite the superb location (if arrive by train). 1) it's stuffy, bad ventilation in room and lobby 2) staff is not helpful esp. that guy with an Italian accent he's unfriendly 3) room is small like hell and the bathroom! You can't stick your butt in if you aren't skinny. TRUST ME!! The bathroom is ridiculously small!! 4) Lobby is often closed you have to ring them and wait and whatnot to use just the microwave; their kitchen (/pantry) is filthy, I won't pay 8 euro for THEIR breakfast

Sorry i'm the italian guy at the reception,we apologize for your stay, However i have to say something: 1) As you know in Europe on the 24-25-26 of december,date of your stay for us is Holiday,xmas and we celebrate,we do!Yes the reception door was closed because as i said we celebrate it,but it was closed only for dinner time. 2)About your room,well i can say that i usually rent that room with balcony,Tv flat Hd hdmi,Satellite channels,free wi-fi internet connection ,bathroom with shower in the room,during the congress in Cannes,it's a single room with all conforts.Sorry i have to say also that we have kitchen,but in that days was closed for maintanaice and you didn't use the microwave,and you never been in our kitchen,maybe you got confused with another hotel. Anyway we really apologize for your stay,and we'll do our best to improve our services. Sicerely, La direction
