Fantastic stay. I couldn't be happier with what we got for the price.

The Hotel was very clean. Even smelled fresh! The location couldn't be better; perfectly centered in the Old Town. Staff was friendly (not much English, but who cares if everything's alright?) Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was free - and it was perfect in every other way; lots to choose from, and as much to eat as our bellies could bear.

A very nice twin room, with a balcony, a shower and toilet. There is a supermarket nearby. The hostel is lying in the old town area.

The hotel was quite good. The room was not very clean but it wasn't a big problem. Our room was at he fourth floor and there were no elevator. The position was great beacuse the hotel was very near to the cathedral and to all the principal places of interest in Rouen

Staff was fine except for one lady at reception who refused to call us a cab because she misunderstood that we had already paid. Wouldn't have been a huge deal but she became aggressive about a simple misunderstanding that could have been easily solved.

Definitely more like a hotel than a hostel. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great location and a comfortable stay on a budget.

nice: central location, friendly staff. poor: very noisy, you can hear the water flow, the bathroom conditioner and the neighbors.
