The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were more than sufficient, something to please all (apart from pool as closed in October, shame). The hotel was clean and smart. Local beaches, great tapas bars and restaurants a short walk away. Trams and buses can take you to the centre of Alicante or you can walk. We really enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend.
