I got the hostel recommended in my lonely planet. Good breakfast and it is convenient that a little bar is in the front of the hostel. I stayed two nights; the stuff is friendly but not really helpful regarding typical backpacker questions I had. I speak very little Portugese and the staff spoke almost no English or Spanish, language barrier exists.
I really liked the Hostel. We got a private room, so we had hot shower, ar conditioning and a tv with the local channels. The day staff was very very helpful, and very kind. My room was clean and good. Only thing is my room was kind of old, not very well conserved, specially the furniture, but you could also see it in the walls. But it was very good for what i expect of a hostel, no luxury, but comfortable.
Great location, clean and good rooms, great breakfast bus the staff just spoke portugues and was pretty rude. If that eould chance it would me one of the best hostels i've been in brazil!
stuff was pretty bad with exception of Larissa. she was the only helpful person on the hostel. the rest did not even speak any english. i was not told basic things like there was a breakfast or how to get anywhere or book anything. cleaness was also not so terrific. wifi on the highest floor was constantly out

Good location, great staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms with locker. However, the room was too cold to sleep as the AC temp is fixed to freezing and that's that can't be helped. Cold showers only and so for the latter 2 reasons I would not recommend it.
The hostel is perfectly located, next to the beach, with excellent commodities. However the staff, although very polite, wasn't able to give us any information, not even to locate his hostel on a map of Fortaleza.
It is a nice place, but my room and bathroom were definetly not clean! I stayed in the private room and I was very unhappy with the cleanliness.
Nice place, good location. Great value for your money. Could have more bathroons and be more clean. But it is overall ok
Very helpful staff, decent well equipped kitchen, huge lockers (a kind of cupbard) which allow to lock not only valuables but the entire backpack, even hair dryers in the bathrooms. During the time of my stay renovations were going on which seemed quite promising. Unfortunately the area is a bit dodgy during the night and not recommendable for going out alone. However, non of the big cities along the Brazilian costs are.
The staff n location are nice n friendly. I recommend u to fix the direction from rodoviaria. If we take no 73 bus, it's direct. On web page doesn't mention it. In addition, the door at our room doesn't close completely, mosquito came in and suffered our sleeping all nights. On breakfast, i wish there is fresh milk, not milk which is melted water with powder milk.
Great location and friendly and helpful staff (some don't speak English). Renovations currently going on. But a nice hostel.
Nice hostel, close to the beach. Dorms are good with bunk beds, just one shower per floor. Breakfast was very nice with fruits, sandwiches etc. . Staff is really friendly and helpful but just one guy speaks English. Bus stop to go to Praia do Futuro just round the corner. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Taxi to the airport between 35-45 BRL depending on the traffic. They have a small bar and a nice bar area. Can recommend it!
pretty much everything was good. the price is ok and the location is great, friendly staff and a bar.

Excellent location, only a 2-minute walk to the Iracema Beach. The staff was helpful. The rooms and beds were cozy enough. Breakfast had quite a large variety of food served. The common area was something that I really enjoyed...3 or 4 hammocks available, a large screen TV. It's pretty much a good place to talk to your hostelmates.
A decent place to stay in Fortaleza or if you're on your way to or from Jericoacoara. The staff I encountered didn't speak English which made for difficult communication. They offer plenty of tours and activities and will assist with transport to Jeri. Rooms were clean with decent facilities. Tiny bathrooms. Nice outdoor area and a cool bar. Overall, nothing special but a pleasant stay.
Although we were initially put off by the triple bunk beds, we really liked that they had individual curtains which meant you had a bit of privacy and werent disturbed by others turning on lights while you were asleep. Each bunk also had their own lamp and outlets. They were big enough to sit up in too. The kitchen was good and the bar also served food which looked good. Laundry was $R15. Be aware that staff do not speak any English but were generally friendly and helpful.
