The Staff was the best they help us with all our questions about the city and were really nice in everything.

The hotel was great. The city is amazing. The hotel is a little far of the sightseen but really near of the train station. So the city is a big sightseen, you can go walking to San Marco square and enjoying this little tour no feet.

I thought the place was overpriced for what you got. The room is tiny, the bed is old, and the bathroom was down the hall (not attached to the room). The only reason we picked this place is because it's close to the bus station and we had a very early flight to catch. When we went to check out the next morning, they charged us again for the room, even though our credit card had been charged a month earlier when I emailed to confirm the reservation. We're STILL working that out with the hotel

We had a great stay for 2 nights at Albergo marin. Definitely a hotel rather than a hostel. The location was perfect - close the the main train station easy to find, close to good food and about a half hour walk from Piazza San Marco if you know where you're going) or the stop for the water taxis were close by (but they take longer than walking). The staff were great, good breakfasts (good coffee), room was a bit small but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. I'd stay again :)

A lovely little hotel, only 5 minutes from Santa Lucia train station. Free wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful, I even got a free breakfast on the day I arrived, even before check in. The breakfast was delicious, freshly baked croissants with nutella and other preserves and a variety of other bread, cereal, yogurt and delicious cappucino. Would definitely recommend Albergo Marin.

The location of the hotel is very close to Venezia S. Lucia Station, and Ferroviaire ACTV Station, which is very convenient to get around the city. It's quite hard to find this place at the first time since it looks like an ordinary residential house. The room looks a bit old. The floor of our room is not flat, but inclined, which could make you feel unstable sometimes. No surprises for the facilities as expected. Breakfast included, but does not taste good. Price is reasonable. Nice staff.

Our room was nice and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel was being remodeled during our stay so there was a lot of noise during the day and our hallways were littered with construction supplies. If we had known about this, we would have chosen a different hotel as this devalued our stay. Our payment should have been discounted for the inconvenience this caused us.
