The Albergo Odisseo is placed in fantastic location, just a few steps from the subway, bus and train stations; and quite near most historical places. The staff were very friendly, able to guide me to the tourist and non-tourist places. The rooms are very confortable and beautiful, and it is easily to see that the owners are very fond of the cleanliness. I have been in some other hostels around the world and, to say a little, Odisseo is steps away from them. Once you managed to climb up with your luggage on the very top of a really steep hill, the very helpful and nice staff will make you feel like home in Lisbon. The cleanest hostel in the world, good central location with metro and busses within a 5min walk. Streets are noisy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs. In general, I would highly recommend this hostel! The hostel is in a good location, it was clean and the staff was very helpful. However, there is only one sink, 2 toilets and 2 showers for all the people in the hostel (capacity is 12 people). This was the first time when we did not get towels in the private room. The access to a kitchen is limited - You can not prepare your lunch and you can not get into the kitchen before eight in the morning. Very nice, quite central. Quiet. Charming Rooms. Crowded but not blocked bathroom. Perfekt staff, gabe really good travell-advise for Lisbona.
