The staff was very unfriendly and not helpfull at all. They didn't have a map or any information about excursions. The rooms were too small for the amount of people and there were no lockers. The beds were terrible. There was only one bathroom for too many people, which caused lines for the bathroom. Breakfast was poor and it felt like they were interrogating you to check if you were a guest and allowed to have breakfast. Overall it felt like they just cared about money and not their guests.

This hostel was fine and the staff were reasonably helpful but for some reason they moved us to different room on our second night there which was quite annoying as we had to wait around for a good part of the day while the second room was made ready, we didn't really understand why this happened but it meant we couldn't do anything that day.

I booked on the 8 bed dorm, and it was actually a 12 bed dorm. With no space for backpacks/people, and we had to move a bunkbed to close the french door. When complained, they took a bunkbed out of the dorm. No lockers, terrible beds and matresses. Two bathrooms for the whole hostel. Very small kitchen and not enough space for everyone at breakfast (had to wait for someone to finish to be able to seat. Families staying and kids shouting till 12pm. Very loudly, thin walls.

the dorm is beyond cramped. seriousely, dont stay there unless you dont want to sleep or even have room to put your bags down. people had to leave their bags in the hall outside. very loud. the private rooms are nice, but the dorm is one of the worst i have EVER stayed in.

Walls are very thin, if your neighbours decide to talk loud during the while night you will not be able to sleep, internet very slow.apart from that all good, very friendly staff.very close to the bus station.
