Nice location near the bus station which was good for us arriving at 2am! Only a short walk to thge main street with all the shops and restaurants. Had a cosy twin rooom up in the loft space. Good kitchen and social area where we met other travellers and swapped notes on visiting the Moreno glacier.Nice location near the bus station which was good for us arriving at 2am! Nos atendio Carlos Vila, lo mejor de todo, tipo excelente y muy bien, a lado de la estacion y cerca del centro. Dejate recomendar por Carlos.

Nice stay. Kind manager who knows what sb in a RTW trip is grateful to find in a hostel. He speaks french, italian, english and spanish and helped us with our questions. Good breakfast with as many toast and cereal as you can eat and real milk... Very clean, nice kitchen, Wifi and they kept our left luggage while away to El Chalten. Only bad point is that walls are thin so you will hear people speaking next door, but since guests were not the party kind and not going to bed late it was OK.Nice stay. Good breakfast prepared early if needed, shared bathrooms were always clean, very hot strong shower. Helpful, knowledgable, well travelled owners. Good location, close to town. Good standard, well priced, quiet hostel. Not really a party place, but you make your own fun, and the tours in calafate leave early in the morning. Carlos is a great host. He does go out of his way to accomodate people and he is very helpful in booking excursions, restaurants, transfers etc.
