The room should be ready for new comer at all time..I found the light did not work in the bed room, I was arriving..the other mates who stayed there before me had to be in the dark...

We had a small misunderstanding about my reservation. They couldn't find it. And the female receptionist was not very helpful, and it was with everything. She acted liked she didn't believe me, and was not very good to help find around in Malaga. The man at the reception was relly good, he say sorry about the reservation, gave us a map and was helpful.
