Our room wasn't cleaned when we checked in around three or four, but check out time is eleven...but they did let me switch from a four person room to be with my friend who had booked a two person room with an empty bed, and while the free breakfast isn't great, it's free! Also free wifi only in the lounge :(

If you're looking for a very social hostel atmosphere, this is not the place. But it was exactly what I was looking for. Centrally located, 2 min walk from the Mezquita, lots of restaurants, it was clean, quiet, convenient, with free breakfast included. I had a great stay here and would love to come back again.

The place feels like a hospital, cold and boring.

Perfect location - a minute walk to the Mezquita, but doesn't have that 'youthful' atmosphere of a hostel. Helpful staff nonetheless and great place to stay for a couple days.

The staff was insufficient for the demand of people staying there. The receptionist was incapable of giving any worthwhile advice about places to eat, things to do, and how to get to either. The premises are massive but rather dingy and incredibly unwelcoming. Besides the location, which is admittedly quite good, this hostel has very little to recommend it.
