It offers many facilities, and staying there with friends would have been great, but as a solo traveler, I was hoping for something with a bit more atmosphere. I'd stay there again with friends, but I'd try to find something a little smaller if I travel alone again.

Great location, helpfull staff, clean rooms. Good place to stay and explore the city...

The hostel itself was great. But the groups of school children staying there were running riot in the hosel until two in the morning. I feel there should be more staff if the hostel takes on large groups of school children as the teachers were obviously not bothered. I confronted the kids at about 1.30 a.m but felt rather intimidated, 17 year old boys are big. I filled out a complaints form in the hostel and left my email address but they didnt get back to me.

Good hostel...can be a bit noisy at times. The rooms are big and the staff are very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro and just two stops to the city center, Sol.

I really liked the place,full of youths,smiling people and good atmosphere. i wish i stayed there long,i'll definitely go there if i'll be back in Madrid!
