This place was very clean, but EXTREMELY quiet. I went for breakfast and was the only person there. I had to pay 10 euros more than they told me when I booked in internet. I asked for the kitchen and they told that there was but when I spent 20 euros for food I discovered there was not the kitchen!!! this is my second stay at this hostel and i must say that it was just as enjoyable as the previous time. the staff is very kind and accomodating; the rooms are clean (though they were a bit stuffy and warm); and the breakfast is good. we were unfortunate to have loud neighbors this time around and i wish the staff would've done something regarding the noise, but otherwise we were fairly pleased with our stay! i would most definitely recommend...this is my second stay at this hostel and i must say that it was just as enjoyable as the previous time. the staff is very kind and accomodating; the rooms are clean (though they were a bit stuffy and warm); and the breakfast is good. we were unfortunate to have loud neighbors this time around and i wish the staff would've done something regarding the noise, but otherwise we were fairly pleased with our stay! i would most definitely recommend......Close

Spotless and comfortable, would definitely recommend to others.
Points to improve - the squeaky beds and doors. Also there was a fire alarm during my stay and there was complete confusion as to whether it was a false alarm. As such, many people just stayed in bed. Had it been a real fire, the lack of coordination, and slow response, would have meant precious time would have been lost. I feel fire safety procedures need to be reviewed.

Stayed in a 4 person ensuite. Very convenient location with two different metro lines a few minutes walk away. They give clean linens, and bathroom was clean. For living, it was great. Veryyyy clean, if your looking for sterile cleanliness as most hostels are dirty this is the place. Although it feels like a hospital and lacks character.
There is a lack of information, and staff aren't helpful.
Internet is free which is great and breakfast is decent.
