The location is awesome, in front of Museumplein and a very nice supermarket. Althought facilities are really bad for doormrooms: a small four wall shower in the kitchen so you have to take your clother with you but in the shower they get all wet; a toilet in the main hall with a very opac mirror out of it and everyone that passed can see you freshen up (ex:brush your teeth), it was very unconfortable. There is a mirror and a faucet in the room but if you use it you end up waking everyone up.

The staff was amazing and so helpful considering we were in the middle of no where!! The staff was the only thing that made this "vacation" worth while because they were so nice and helpful!!

The place was terrible. The room was cold, there was literally no space inside the bathroom to sit on the toilet and the WIFI barely reached my room. Breakfast was overly expensive for what they offered. The lights in the room were very light and the TV barely worked. Some of the staff were nice but an old man working during the night was trying to kick me out of the lobby (where WIFI "works") so he could put the tables for the next morning.

The hotel had no working internet as it said it would online. The wifi was very poor and there was no cable access. Also the wifi option to pay for improved internet was unavailable. When we needed to find internet that we thought we would haven't the hotel, the staff gave wrong information and was not very helpful. The area surrounding the hotel was majority men with few places to eat without walking into the tourist center of the city.

The room is pretty large and was affordable. However the hotel is quite far from the city centre. The lift is so small.

The hostel was okay, it wasn't too far from Gare Nord station and the room was quite spacious, yet it was quite dingy and it was really evident it was old. There were signs of age in the shower and the toilet and the heating system was terrible, old-fashioned radiators with most of them missing the knobs that enabled you to turn them on. Think investment in the facilities should really be undertaken at this place

I think in general this is a good place to stay. is not that far from city centre (on my opinion) the room was big and good enough for me

The room was close to perfect with fresh towels provided every day. Breakfast was of a good quality and inexpensive, only problem was that the cereal tasted like it was stale for quite a while. The staff were unenthusiastic to say the least about their job but answered any queries nonetheless. Also during the night there was a constant noise close to our room, as if it was right next to our wall. It disrupted our sleep more than once. Nice hotel for people on a budget.

I was quite dissatisfied with this hostel because they offered us a 2-bed room where the walls were rotten and the room smelt bad a lot. Then, a shower was dirty with some pieces of mud. So we tried to solve this problem with staff but they were not very willing to help us. They could not offer us another room because they were full. So we asked to get a refund at least, but neither this option was possible. In the end, we had to pay full price for this room.
