A bit hard to find - there is a sign outside that says "pension" but nothing with "Alda Centro" on it.

Directions as listed are useless. This hostel is not located on the plaza near the cathedral, it is several blocks away and does not even have its own sign in the building.

We got a double private room but we booked for a twin private. Also, people staying at the hostel didn't seem very friendly, but that might have been just bad luck

I arrived in a Sunday and the address led me to a hostel with no receptionist. I had to call the telephone number in the door to know how to get the right hostel 2km far from there.

Leon is a great place to visit but this hostel was n nightmare to check into and the security code was changed without any notice some time between 8pm and 11pm when we returned and there was another couple un-notified about the change and couldn't gain access either. Without a phone, we would have been screwed.
