Nice staff but was pretty dirty. On the plus side there was a kitchen to make good.

People were nice. Room smelled a bit weird. It was okay. Parking was on the street and having to pay in the machines

It would be good if a staff is stationed at the reception for check-in for a specified time frame, e.g. 9 am to 7 pm. There was no one at the reception when we wanted to check in (5 pm!) No entrance code nor room code was sent to us prior to arrival. Instead, we were asked to call a number, but the person on the other end only spoke spanish. We had to ask for help from a local passer-by to understand the conversation. Not a nice experience at first.

The hostel and clean and the bed are confortable. But, it is far from the center. A good hostel for low budget :)

When we arrived there was no staff in the hostel and closed door with the information that we have to make a phone call. The lady who answered the call didn't speak English, but we eventually managed to understand her and get our room. Later we found out, that she wrote an e-mail with information, but she sent it exactly 7 minutes (!) before our scheduled arrival. But apart from this situation everything else was OK.

The location is good, five minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, with a good kitchen nice common room and the dorms are great with good bathrooms. The staff was also very frendly.

No backpackers atmosphere... I was there for a weekend and saw nobody apart from the staff. Common area is small, there's no lockers inside the dorms. Bathroom inside the room is fair. Good value in comparison with the rest of hostels, but there are cheaper guesthouses around

It was pretty grimy, but definitely not that bad. Location was perfect for me, right on the edge of the historical section.

The location was brilliant - right in the central - but very expensive for what it was!!! The breakfast was just toast butter and jam, and it cost 16 euros a night!!! But the bathroom was very good - included a shower, bath, toilet and everything, and the room was comfortable enough, but I don't think it was worth 16 euros!

If you want a place near the main street, this might not be the perfect place. However, if you are looking for a place that is near by the train station, this is it. Staffs are nice and the place is clean.

some youngs people are noisy, exept that this hostel is a good deal

Staff was inexistent, bathrooms dirty and we almost could sleep, almost! Not to repeat!

No decoration,No reception at night,no lockers in the rooms.I was scared that the bed above fell on me during the night...Depressing hostel,It's just a place to sleep 1 night and no more. Good only if you're on a very tight budget.

Flexible shower head wouldn't stay in holder on the wall. The hose to the flexible shower head was broken so the water sprayed out of the hose rather than the shower head.

Not the typical party hostel. (When we were there at least) It was very quiet and we mostly had the place to ourselves. Nice little balcony and very friendly staff. They even extended the breakfast hours for us on one day! Very nice place indeed!

There wasn't anyone at the hostel when we arrived, but they called us that day to ensure we were able to get into our room. When the staff was there, they were friendly. The room was small and there was nothing special about it, but it met our needs. The location was great - close to Plaza Mayor and there's a bus stop just outside, which was convenient when we came from the bus station.

The Hostel could be machinnes of drinks and foods.

There was no people at reception in order to help people arriving. Other tan that, a cheap, clean place to sleep and continue your journey.

CAREFUL: ENSUITE in this hostel is not really ensuite. We booked a double room ensuite and we got a room which had a shower but no toilet. The toilet was outside in front of the lunch room. Even that the toilet it's supposed to be "yours" (it has your room number in the door), it's not really inside your room and you have to exit your room and pass through a common area to access it. Breakfast was 2 slices of bread with marmelade and a coffee. Everything else was ok as the average hostel.
