A colonial house in perfect conditions, decorated with the whole taste of a Colombian artist. Its a cozy and hospitable, clean place, conlortable and completely native full of national plants and with exotic birds I joust in the way of a beautiful neighborhood full of color and interesting activities. and really cool people there!!!A colonial house in perfect conditions, decorated with the whole taste of a Colombian artist. The best hostel I've stayed in! The most beutyfull hostel in Colombia for sure. Great place to stay good location,friendly staff,very clean. A great hostel to meet other realy cool people and have some great nights out in Bogota. (after the salsa lessons at the hostel) The best hostel I've stayed in! If you don't mind cigarette smoke all over the hostel, including in your room, this might be the place for you. Also, keep in mind that the private room is not really private. Great location and staff, but a few small things let Allegria's down, like a kitchen sink with no hot tap and only a dribble of cold, which makes keeping he kitchen clean a bit tricky. An average hostel, it is fine for the price. Well-located in La Candelaria. Quiet and peaceful – perfect if you want to relax and get some sleep (not a party place). A comfortable place with nice hammocks, DVDs for use + small safety boxes. The staff were very friendly. However, the doorbell didn't work while I was there so I generally had to spend five minutes waiting outside banging the door each time I wanted to get in. And there were not enough bathroom facilities given the number of beds.An average hostel, it is fine for the price. Well-located in La Candelaria. I've stayed in better hostels. Only stayed a night and tried to get into Croc down the road, but that was full, so I went to nomadas hostel dn which was bludy fantastic. Great staff, Javi, Juan, Kike and the rest, great breakfast, really clean and secure. Arguably the best hostel of my whole trip and it's just 6 months old, if that I believe. I would avoid Alegria, she was away when i stayed there anyway, it was well average.I've stayed in better hostels. Alegria´s hostel is one of the best hostels that i´ve been in! the staff is very nice and Alegria´s always trying to make you feel home and have answer to any qeustions! (and we had a lot!) the only thing that was not so good was the dishes that r not so clean.... but we had an amazing time in this hostel!
