After the staff member opened the door for me, he checked our reservation and told us to go upstairs and wait there till he comes. Because of that we had to wait on the staircase for about 15 minutes. I know it is not hotel but I found it quite rude. Later he checked the room, and said it is not cleaned yet. So he told us to leave the bags next to the toilet and that when we come back from the oldtown, the room should be ready. Nothing except of white walls and beds in there. But great location

The place is incredibly well located. One can simply walk a couple of minutes and be in any of the major attraction areas. The rooms are clean and so are the rest of the facilities and the management is helpful and friendly.

one washroom to share with 30 other people... hold your pee!!!

The hostel is nice. Everythig is clean. Staff is friendly. The hostel is really well located. Close to the city centre, railway station and "Yab club", where we had a good time:) It might be difficult to find the hostel itself as there is no sign outdoors.

no towels, just one bathroom in each floor...

Location is excellent, one minute from Piazza della Signoria. My room was very clean and the place was very safe. The staff was very nice. The price was awesome 15 euros a single room in the heart of Florence. The bathrooms are very clean. They also book the tickets for the museums for free. I saved a queue of hours. The only negative point is that make sure you arrive at the time you specified or you can wait in the street for hours. Staff is just in limited hours so get their number with you!

The people is very estrict and mean, the place is very good, safe, warm at winter, well located and safe

The atmosphere is like "home, sweet home", a very quiet and big apartment in the center of Florence with independent rooms. I couldn`t immagine I was staying in Piazza del Porcellino! Everything was more than ok, and the staff was really flexible for me at my arrival. Good!
