The boss is very nice. He gave us many suggestions and luggage keeping till 8 pm after check-out for free. Thanks a lot

Fantastic. Staff were really kind. I visited during the slow season and they allowed me to use a whole dorm room by myself since there were no girls there. Location is probably one of the best. Very clean and excellent kitchen

Manager gave us a free upgrade to a double room. Very nice place and we could check out late too. The place could use a common room except the kitchen, but its the only hostel in Ålesund so its a good place

it was a shame i went when i did in the summer, very quiet in fact i was the only person staying there. Plus the reception only being open for a short time was a pain, i had to climb up the steps with my backpack so it was a bit of a hassle so plan your trip. when the reception was finally open the guy was really helpful and helped me with quite a few things. good facilities and clean shower/toilets/kitchen. within minutes walking distance to everywhere

I was glad to be welcomed by the polite responsible gentleman in the evening. It was a nice room that I have been given. I would again stay there if I returned to Aalesund.
