Neat place to stay, right in the heart of the city.

This was such an awesome hostel, the staff was super sweet, and they even would let us use their phone to make reservations, or the computer to check out tourist things. The internet shut off at 11:00am, but despite that I thought it was an awesome hostel. The rooms were very very big, and I had the most comfy bed ever. It was more like a hotel, then a hostel!

It's very nice &clean Hostel next to Uffizi ,wifi free only in lobby. Highly recommend!

Bed sheets were very clean as well as the bathrooms. A couple of the comforters looked as if they needed to be washed. For the 5 person bedroom, beds were a little cramped, but definitely fine for the time we were staying. Great location in relation to things to do in Florence. Staff was helpful and pointed out things to do and places to eat on a map.

We stayed there for 3 days. They only give you a bed. The place is located close to pubs, so it is a good place to go out, but it gets noisy pretty much every night and no measures have been taken to prevent that. The up side is that the beds are comfortable and you can use a fridge. There IS free wifi but it gets disconnected at exactly 11 pm.

I went on this trip to Florence with my best friend. We had a great stay. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great location and room was beautiful. Bathroom was not attached to the room, but it wasn't far and it was always clean.

it was charming and great location. only disadvantage was the spotty wifi

We had a private room for 2 people. Very helpful staff which showed us the best places to go in town, depending on how much time you have in Florence. The location is amazing, a short walk from everything. It is loud sometimes at night due and we could clearly hear people outside talking, but I was still able to sleep well. Overall, I would recommend this hostel if you are looking for a good place to sleep which is clean and has good security.

We booked a private room with bathroom and we stayed there for 2 nights. The host was pretty helpful and everything was good. We really liked the decoration of the room and it fitted with the whole Firenze style. The heating didn't work that well and it was all cold during the night and in the morning. We didn't have breakfast there maybe because we didn't ask. Anyways, I would recommend this place as it is very convenient to go around in downtown Firenze.

Great friendly staff, only problem was that the beds were very old and uncomfortable. Location is very good.
