We booked this hostel because compared to the others we found it was very well priced for its location right next Alexanderplatz. The hostel is kept clean and the beds are comfortable, however there is no common area for guests to relax, the kitchen facilities are limited and the wifi is 5 euros per 24 hours. However, just downstairs on the corner is a great cafe not associated with the hostel called Coffee Fellows where you can chill out, eat and use their totally free wifi.

Very well situated. Room a little bit small for 4 persons. hopefully, i was with friends. But with strangers, the room would be very very small. Showers are clean but mixte. We do not use the kitchen because there is no place to eat or drink a coffee.

The hostel was very clean and staff on arrival were very welcoming. Only issue we had was that on our last night (Wed 24th) there was an electrical failure to all plug sockets which meant that our lights didn't work and we couldn't charge our phones ready for the journey home the next day. There was no one to contact and no staff around at the hostel. I would suggest that it should be made clear who to contact in this situation or in an actual emergency.

The reservation was canceled for no reasons 3 days before I come. They told me because they have a minimum of 2 nights, but actually I reserved for 3 nights and for 6 people. I asked for more informations, they just told me that the reservation is canceled anyway. I was really upset with my friends. And of course, the 22euros I paid for the AARHES, I got back only 18euros. 3 euros is not a lot sure, but it's money anyways!

I really liked staying at Alexanderplatz Accomodation, the only problem I had was that you need to bring your own padlock, if you want to keep something in your locker which is also really small. Internet is 5euros/day which I found unnecessarily expensive.

The hostel was great! The showers could have been better though, hot and cold constantly.

The beds were comfortable, and suprisingly quiet given location, but rooms were small. Also bathroom was clean, but showers had a timer on them so water would turn off after less than a minute and you would need to press the button again. Because the bathroom was communal there was nowhere to change apart from in the wet shower. There is no common room and no maps or advice about what to see or where to go.

The drain of shower fills as pool and it's uncomfortable and not hygienic. The internet WiFi you have to pay by day €5 and it doesn't work perfectly also the bath towels you have to paid.

Very well located and clean. Had some problems with the bathroom because you have to dress up inside the shower that is all wet, since it’s a shared bathroom. No free Wi-Fi and very tiny locker! But overall I liked it.
