The location is perfect but it is difficult to find the hostel The hotel is very clean but: The staff is not very available The cancellation policy is tendentious Internet is not free, even if the website said that it was free. Have to pay 5 € per day and the connection is very bad There is no communal space and the rooms are very small So I recommend this hotel only if you really need a place to sleep but only for few days.

I was booking a place for two people, for me and my boyfriend and on arrival we found out that we will be in 2 different rooms - which was not what I was asking for. Then the room in which my boyfriend was staying on the first night had two beds empty. The following 2 nights we changed the room and stayed in one.

A good hostel not very far from center. Very clean with classical music in a bathroom) Bathroom cabins have no doors, only curtains what was not very convenient. The rest was quite good .

Location is the best..really everything is nearly! Accommodation is in the heart of center! Everything was good, but room was very small! And toilets with bathrooms are together with boys and girls.It will be better, if it is separately!

It was very bizarre sleeping in a four person room with one man who worked at the hostel and another who seemed to live there. Nothing happened, but it felt uncomfortable, as though I was invading their personal space.

A nice and clean hostel on a great location that allows you to move around the city easily. Difficult to meet people though as there is no common room. If you want to pass few days in berlin it would be totally recommended to stay there.

While Alexanderplatz Accomodations was good, there are certainly better hostels in the city. The staff was not very easy to work with when needing to make changes, and the fact that the office hours are so limited can be a big pain. Also, the rooms are rather small.

Some problem with the noice of the street. When window closed it's too hot. Window and when open to much noice. I gues it have to be difficult in the summer. Also a little suprised about the kitchen,there was no gas cooktop only a microwave. But for the rest verry nice hostel : ) . Little and cossy. I felt almost home.

Amazing location that allowed us to move around the city easily, day and night. The only downside was the size of the room, four adults in a confined space makes it harder to get dressed in the morning and it was very hot. Very, very clean room and bathroom. Would most definitely stay again. Great value for money if your after a bed and a shower, no common room so if you're looking to meet people probably not the place for you.

Nice and clean, but is self-operated hostel, don´t go there with many questions or intencion of meeting people.

Near the Subway and train station and easy to find.

Great value for money! Kitchen not particularly well equipped for a self-catering traveller, but otherwise everything was fantastic; location was good, staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean etc.

This hostel is in a perfect location situated directly on Alexanderplatz, one of the most central squares in Berlin, with a view of the Alexanderplatz station and the Tv Tower. It consists of one floor on a building and has no reception, you are supposed to make your entrance via a code.
