Only 100m from Alexanderplatz train station. Two stops to main station. Staff are super nice and willing to do anything to help with tge stay. This is my second stay here and would stay again. This time a bunch of French noobs wrecked it for everyone. Apparently they didn't know how to flush the toilets, thought it wad ok to be w@nkers 24/7 and they were apparently God's gift to women. (Out of the company's control). A common room would be nice to sit and gey wifi.

i still did not get my money back that was for deposit on Hostelwold. They took 50€ from my credit card for nothing, i had so many problems to get it back. When i arrived in Berlin they just said the Hostel is full. No e-mail, nothing. spent so much money for finding new solutions. A horrible experience. I finally got the Hostel A&O Berlin.

Excellent position in the heart of Berlin. I recommend.

No reception, no free wi-fi, good cleaning, good localisation, automatic doors in the rooms with problems, problems with the lockers (it opens even with my 2 lockers)

Very clean and beautiful Hostel for that low amount of money. The staff was friendly, the room had even a couch and a table. There was also a small and clean kitchen. The bathroom was always very clean and if you entered the room music started do play. Negative things: wifi was not for free and did not work but you can use free wifi of nearby cafes or restaurants. If you open the Windows there is a lot of noise from the street. However the location is awesome.

As I rated before the location couldn't be better, but the bedroom windows face the road. As there were no fans in it, no chance to sleep with the windowns closed, which means to much noise coming from outside. They work with the minimum number of staff . I need to say that Jose, the assistant, was really helpful. Besides this, they work from 11am o 8pm, maximum. Any problem we have out of working hours, there is nobody to help us. The cleanliness was good. Tiny kitchen on the aisle. No internet

the perfect hostel for young people or backpackers with no high requests. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity don't go to this hostel. This is the ideal hostel for party rockers who always wanna have fun and go clubbing. Being in the centre of Berlin, really close to the S-bahn, there's always a lot of noise around. the negative aspect is the hot temperature all day long and even by night and no free wifi. Amazing the bathroom with music when you go in, a really good idea.

VERY loud. Difficult to sleep if not drunk. Met some nice people in the hostel but no common area to hang out so ended up in corridors. Was there for a week and bed linen never changed. If you're planning in going in the summer, go elsewhere. The lack of air conditioning will be torture
