The bed was quite comfortable and so was the bathroom, but the corridors look very dirty and the room was full of mosquitos. If someone goes out of the room without closing with the key, the door remains open for everybody. There is no elevator. Anyway, the position is quite good (15 minutes by feet from the city center, more or less) and there is a good breakfast in the morning.

It was not very clean. Especially the floors had dust. The rooms were pretty empty -some decorations could have been added. The wifi didn't work very well. And the worst thing was that we couldn't leave our luggage there for couple hours because the reception is not open from 12-16! So we had to take our heavy luggage with us and go sightseeing. Lot of noise outside in the morning.

Friendly staff; clean facilities; rooms are spacious enough; walking distance from central station so it's convenient especially if you have an early departure time.

Before our arrival we were informed our room had been double booked and that we would have to move to an 8 person dorm after the 2nd night. The reason we booked a private room was that we wanted to avoid dorms. We think that more could have been done to prevent this. Staff at reception all very nice, but problems always passed on to someone else. If you're going to stay here take a LOT of mosquito repellent and don't open the windows. The fruit juices and breakfast in the morning is nice though.

I think any hostel should talk seriously with teachers or whoever it is needed when children are brought to the place to spend some nights. Apart from that, everything was good, maybe a bit more option of breakfast, I guess it would attract more people

The reception lady really needed to smile more. They need to promote everyone socialising more.Other than that I had a great experience.

Dirty, unfriendly staff, bad smell in the building, bins are filled with rubbish

room was ok for the price. It had a strange smell though. bathroom was dirty in the morning, with cigarette ashes and empty beer cans. It was noisy in the night as people were shouting and banging doors... location was ok but a bit far from city centre. Staff was nice friendly and helpful

Nice hostel, not too far from the train station(10 mins walk), everything is good!

(-) No kitchen. Bad beds. (+) Friendly stuff, Cake and Coffee in the morning

Hostel itself was very clean, great rooms in a great location in relation to transport. However the staff very indifferent, unhelpful and sadly incompetent and they didn't know how much we owed them for our booking nor seemed knowledgeable about the area. Would go back again for the hostel's facilities, location and price but don't expect anything helpful from the desk nor any atmosphere (but we were there on a quiet Sunday night).
