It had no internet, they had no city maps and the shower had no pressure, just drip. Very beautiful garden.

We loved this place, just gorgeous, staff, accomodations, and location. Very helpful with booking bus tickets..

Located on a nice and quiet street close to the royal palace. Nice and helpfull staff. Clean rooms, but with a lack of small functional details. They had no efficient sun blocking curtains in the window, a safety box made of crappy tin-can material, not very functional water drain in bathroom.

Really nice hostel, I would highly reccomend staying here! So calm and relaxing! Only negative was the agency the hostel used to arrange our visas for Vietnam. My visa was incorrect as they had failed to check it when picking it up from the embassy. The staff at the hostel were helpful in arranging for it to be corrected, but we found the agency they used to be very quite rude about the situation, no compensation was offered from them or the hostel despite it causing us an 8 hour delay.

Not bad but not good. Mistake with my booking name, couldn't resolve it with the booking number?? One of the staff turned out to be nice but initially we had issues with her giving major attitude when we asked for a breakfast of fruit sent to the room the night before for a 5am departure to the airport. Then she said that would be fine and even mentioned it again that night but then the fruit never came. Bed sheets not the cleanest or maybe just old, I didn't feel clean sleeping on them.

We called to extend our stay and were assured it was fine but when we arrived we had to change rooms because the booking had not been changed as we asked when we called weeks in advance. It worked out and was only a minor inconvenience. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but when we ordered something different, it confused the staff and they kept pointing to what our choices were for free with our room and when we said we would pay for what we wanted...we got the free option that we didn't want

Good value for money, breakfast was good. Staff arranged onward bus travel for the next day and had tickets waiting for us within a few hours.

Lovely hotel tucked down an alleyway. Beautiful gardens and large balcony area. Within easy walking distance of several sites and many restaurants and cafés to chose from. Nice atmosphere.
