We very much enjoyed our stay at Alice hostel! Nice rooms, comfortable beds, clean facilities and a very uncomplicated host. Due to the flooding we were the only guests most of the time, so that helped for sure. Rudi showed us the most important places on the map and told us about the tram, bus and metro lines/connections, which was very helpful!! Thank you

We are a couple, British and Chinese. The hostel is very close to the international railway station, Keleti. It's easy to find, and easy to take public transportation to go everywhere in the city. The owner of the hostel is very friendly and helpful.

We used this hostel only because we flew in to Budapest late at night and have a train scheduled early the next morning. The hostel is right next to the Keleti train station. Otherwise the hostel is dull and there are better ones in Budapest. I only recommend this hostel if you need a cheap place to stay near the train station.

Rly great place. It was quite clean and nice. It was all I expected. The only minus was that i got room on 0 floor and from time to time some people that was entering to the building was a little bit noise. The owner - Rudi was great, he told us everything, where we can get good food, good restaurant, good museum and were we should go to see something interesting.

thank you very much for your warm welcome Rudi, I think this was his name welcomed us and gave us good tips: Szecheni baths and Paprika restaurant are places you MUST go to :-) the rooms are clean, we're really satisfied Note there is no "actual" breakfast, except some tea and coffea in the shared kitchen
