Not keen on the shared shower/toilet. I always seemed to be waiting for other people to finish with it.
Staff were friendly with plenty of helpful tips on Rome. I really liked the library of helpful tourist books and maps.
Would be nice if credit card was accepted like in most places.

The key for our room opened more than one room- not great for security and the owner was never around. Nice accomodation, although we had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready- not what you want to be doing after a long trip.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel was in a great location, clean, good security and accessible to internet and sky tv. However, what was advertised on the website in some cases did not hold true, for instance...there is no air conditioning, we had to hunt down toilet rolls, the breakfast included bread, orange juice, no ironing board, and tea, and no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the bathroom.Maxi, the manager was very nice when he was around. 5 out of 10 Read Owner Comments

I will forever change the way that I rate hostels after staying at this accomodation. Maxi and Elke are the most amazing hosts you will ever meet, with wonderful suggestions, unlimited help, the best free breakfest you will ever eat, and the most posh rooms. We felt incredibly spoiled and lucky to be there.

I really enjoyed my sray, one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in - perfect for couples or people who want a relaxing, quiet time.
