Very clean public toilet! Nice location . Spacious room with a little balcony ! The best thing is the room including a little shower facility which we didn't expect. Staff is helpful. Just one reminder : don't open the window as summer is coming, mosquito may fly inside the room. Overall : excellent And value for money!!!

It's clear that something went wrong in the period these guest staied here in our Hotel, I don't know what it happens and I'm sorry for this. We already wrote that any trouble please advise us immediately. It happens about one month ago that two Turkish ladies says their room was cold and checking we founded the valve of the radiator in the room closed (by the guest who stayed in this room before them) it was enough to turn it on and everything went well, sometimes answers are really easy. Now, talking about this feedback, you are not allowed to lie writing it, I can do the list of lies for you: 1)We haven't any Chinese Restaurant here nearby (nothing against chinese food only to say the truth) 2)There's no people after 20.00, It's true, I need to wash my clothes guys, there's a telephone number you can call and we will answer 3)we have the air conditioning for common areas but, for sure, isn't working now with a cold and long winter like this and polar bears knocking your door, may be it's better the heating on now. 4)Maps, Tourist and Tours informations for everyone, yesterday we booked the visit to the Uffizi Gallery for two of our nice guests. And always talking to whom wrote this feedback if there was smell in the room is it possible you need a shower, hot water is always available in our Hotel, 24 hours a day. This isn't a joke for us, we know very well our job and our goal is to make your stay the best we can, we are waiting for you, we assure you and you will see yourself that Hotel Aline isn't so horrible as painted

Aline Hotel is cheap and really well situated, maybe this explains the shabby rooms and the overall dirtyness (especially in the bathrooms). We occupied two different rooms there. One was good, but the other one was disgustig (mould on the wall, foreign hair in our bed, strange smell, no furniture besides the bed and a shower). Staff was friendly though and the tiny balcony was nice. So the hotel ok if you dont mind dirt and are just looking for a cheap place to sleep, but I wont go there again.

Yes we are working to get better and for sure there's a LOT of things to do but in your case you forgot monkeys hanging to the ceiling and the hall of torture at the end of the corridor where terrible screams come from. Ciao

Small Hotel. Only about 8 rooms. Sinks and showers in rooms, but two bathrooms down the halls. Reception is only open from 8am to 8pm, and there is no one at the hotel other than those times. On the 4th floor of a building being renovated so walking in is quite dirty. 10-15 minute walk to Duomo and other sights

Very nice and helpful staff. Also nice and clean. Only complaint, our room was cold and we couldn't turn the heat up :( couldn't ask for help because the staff leave at night

The elevator had no light, but the bedroom was great! Lot's of space! Also Aline and her husband are very nice. On the other hand, it is very hard to know if the place is a hotel or a hostel.

An overall good experience. Close to the train station, Duomo, Accademia, San Marco, and many other sites. Clean rooms, towels, nice accommodating staff (English is limited but enough to communicate). Supermarket around the corner, coffee bar across the street. Don't really have any complaints for the money I spent.

The staff is extremely kind. Really. Everything smelled clean, everyday. We had booked a room with no bathroom, but even got a shower in the room. It was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Short walk from the train station and easy to find. Only a short walk to many of the sights. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Although the hotel is small, it was quiet and cozy. Not a sleek or posh place but met our needs perfectly. If ever in Florence again, I would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely lovely and the security was pretty good. However the showers were extremely weak and the administration isn't very well organised. Our room was quite noisy with street noise but if all you are after is a bed, then they have that.

Dear Guests, we can check this shower now but i'am quite sure that the reason is the specific system intalled on showers to save water, cause in Firenze is very expensive and It's necessary to save It, specially during summer. May be we are a small, homely place but in our clean rooms you can find: 1) a clean bed with clean linen and blankets, towels, soap and hair and body gel for shower in our rooms. 2) Really fast WI-FI access working everywhere in the Hotel 3) Heating (in winter i suppose) 4) Hair-dryer on request 5) Concierge, suggestions and offers for your stay or tours 6) No curfew So, here we go, this is not "only a bed", let us know here what we can do for you so we can do It. Ciao, Hotel Aline
