Very clean public toilet! Nice location . Spacious room with a little balcony ! The best thing is the room including a little shower facility which we didn't expect. Staff is helpful. Just one reminder : don't open the window as summer is coming, mosquito may fly inside the room. Overall : excellent And value for money!!!

Aline Hotel is cheap and really well situated, maybe this explains the shabby rooms and the overall dirtyness (especially in the bathrooms). We occupied two different rooms there. One was good, but the other one was disgustig (mould on the wall, foreign hair in our bed, strange smell, no furniture besides the bed and a shower). Staff was friendly though and the tiny balcony was nice. So the hotel ok if you dont mind dirt and are just looking for a cheap place to sleep, but I wont go there again.

Small Hotel. Only about 8 rooms. Sinks and showers in rooms, but two bathrooms down the halls. Reception is only open from 8am to 8pm, and there is no one at the hotel other than those times. On the 4th floor of a building being renovated so walking in is quite dirty. 10-15 minute walk to Duomo and other sights

Very nice and helpful staff. Also nice and clean. Only complaint, our room was cold and we couldn't turn the heat up :( couldn't ask for help because the staff leave at night

The elevator had no light, but the bedroom was great! Lot's of space! Also Aline and her husband are very nice. On the other hand, it is very hard to know if the place is a hotel or a hostel.

An overall good experience. Close to the train station, Duomo, Accademia, San Marco, and many other sites. Clean rooms, towels, nice accommodating staff (English is limited but enough to communicate). Supermarket around the corner, coffee bar across the street. Don't really have any complaints for the money I spent.

The staff is extremely kind. Really. Everything smelled clean, everyday. We had booked a room with no bathroom, but even got a shower in the room. It was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Short walk from the train station and easy to find. Only a short walk to many of the sights. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Although the hotel is small, it was quiet and cozy. Not a sleek or posh place but met our needs perfectly. If ever in Florence again, I would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely lovely and the security was pretty good. However the showers were extremely weak and the administration isn't very well organised. Our room was quite noisy with street noise but if all you are after is a bed, then they have that.
