I'd return anytime! We booked late for New Year, and there were problems with the online system, but Alisan contacted us immediately, and worked everything out. The system also based the price pp, not per room, which I assumed to be correct.However,we arrived at the reception they immediately pointed it out - so we only paid half! They also helped former guests out by accommodating them in one of the front rooms(other hotels were full), and gave us a bottle of Champagne for NewY! Very nice ppl!
