It was expensive for what it offered. The triple beds are not very comfortable and the entrance is a bit hard to notice.

we reached to our room and the heating system is not working, the room is so cold. and then we explained the reception to be fixed the heting sytem but they couldnt do anything. only they offer change the room only for one day.new years eve and the other day we had to stay in the cold room.because of this reason we had to leave from all in hostel. we didnt stay there.

We had a 2 night stay at a twin private ensuite. It fully responded our need in functionallity, quiet nights and clean rooms. Would definetly recommend it. For any negative critisism would be that the staff could be a little more service minded and inform about breakfast, internet and other services the hostel actually offers.

Staff: one on two person was nice.

it was and had no character. The staff were helpful when I was persistent. There was one washroom that smelled worse that anything I came across in morocco...

This hostel is just awful no atmosphere, and they squeeze as many ppl into the room as possible, they also charge more when you walk in off the street we were told 70 euro but on the hw website its 50 euro, also we booked and paid for a six bed dorm on the second night but we were put into a ten bed, when we bought this to there attention they told us it didnt make a differance what room we got as they are the same price, if this is the case then it should be made clear on the site when bookin.

This is more a school hostel than anything so if you're looking to party and meet other backpackers it isn't for you. However it is nice. Comfy beds, polite staff and really cheap. The only negatives are the teens screaming and shouting at night and the totally open communal showers (male) which have no privacy, can be busy in the morning and sometimes filthy. Breakfast was basic but ok and cool location. Would stay here again although not if I came with mates to party.

Good clean hostel, very nice location. We stayed in two rooms there, both got 'downgraded' from a 6 to a 10 person room and from a 2 to a 6 person room without any fee returned to us. Staff did take care that no additional people were placed inside the rooms.
