All In Hostel/Hotel Reviews

I think something very important for a hostel dorm is to have personal lights on every bed or at least a night light, so that when somebody\'s coming in the room at night to be possible to open a light, but not the strong one because it\'s not nice for both sides!!

Bed linens cost 3 euros which I thought was an exorbitant extra charge (compared to the 8 euro room charge its was another 40% charge increase). No free wifi was also disappointing since most hotels and hostels today offer it free these days. The location isnt bad if you like the nightlife and arts scene.

Trotzdem wir ein 2 Bettzimmmmer gebucht und bezahlt hatten und das auch bestätigt wurde,bekamen wir einen Raum mit 6 Doppelstockbetten und ohne Leselampe zugewiesen. Mit der Erklärung, dass alle 2 Bettzimmer an Begleitpersonal der Gruppen vergeben waren. Fand ich sehr ärgerlich , das man sich auf eine Bestätigung seiner buchung nicht verlassen kann.

All In Hostel is a huge place well situated in Friedichshain. Our room (6 beds +private bathroom) was quite nice and silent, although other parts of the hostel seemed quite noisy and full of kids. It was more like a cheap hotel rather than a hostel, though that has not to be a disadvantage. In order to have Internet access (a wifi key) it was necessary to pay a fee, and there is no kitchen for guests. There is a little common area and I loved the smokers room:) Very nice place for its price.

We were very dissapointed about the treatment we received as customers. First of all, we had choosen the All In Hostel because according to its hostelworld.com it featured parking facilities. However, when we arrived we were told parking doesn't exist anymore and told to find a place for our car on the street. But there was nothing. The guy at the reception didn't even help us to find an alternative e.g. parking deck nearby but we had to pay to use the Internet and find something ourselves.

Good value for money.

In stead of the information on the internet, the hostel don't have parking facilties for your car. The nearest car park is a few blocks away from the hostel, it cost you a few minutes to get there by the U-bahn.

It was expensive for what it offered. The triple beds are not very comfortable and the entrance is a bit hard to notice.

we reached to our room and the heating system is not working, the room is so cold. and then we explained the reception to be fixed the heting sytem but they couldnt do anything. only they offer change the room only for one day.new years eve and the other day we had to stay in the cold room.because of this reason we had to leave from all in hostel. we didnt stay there.

We had a 2 night stay at a twin private ensuite. It fully responded our need in functionallity, quiet nights and clean rooms. Would definetly recommend it. For any negative critisism would be that the staff could be a little more service minded and inform about breakfast, internet and other services the hostel actually offers.

Staff: one on two person was nice.
