The apartment is dirty, sheets are not usually changed, and it's not only a guesthouse, it's a bar too, and it means music noise until 4 PM, what doesn't allow anybody to sleep. Besides that, after 9PM, when you arrive at the guesthouse, and walk through the bar to go upstairs, there are lots of prostitutes in the bar that stay harrassing you. The shower is not good at all, and the fan in the room doesn't help much in keeping the room cooled down. The staff is not friendly. Thats it.

Decent place to stay in Hua Hin, very close to everything. Very fast Wi-Fi available in the rooms.

Great place in the centre of Hua Hin. Two minutes walk from the beach. Had a private room for 800 baht. Went out drinking with the owners were all very sociable and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Stayed there two nights. Friendly and helpful staff, facilities basic but nice, the room I stayed in had a shower but the toilet was downstairs. Location very good. Nice place to stay.

Staff was unfriendly and the twin bed was terrible. You should by new beds time to time.
