There was no plug for the sink which made shaving nigh on impossible. It was a very dark room. The people upstairs threw glass bottles out of their window onto the balcony outside our room - the staff did speak to the people involved but it did begin again later in the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.

positive: - caretaker/maintenance man was excellent and helpful, - location in the city is very good - lockers, but need to be payed negative - WC not clean - Linen dirty as well as the whole room - Lift defect for over a week - room cards didn't work regularly
