Have stayed here 2 times previously due to its central location to town and its very good room rates. Sure the rooms are a bit smaller than other hotels, but if all you need is a comfortable place for the night at a good price, you can't go wrong!

The price is great and even the room is small, it is OK for just need a bed and room for rest, near the city center so can jump into the free bus of Auckland anytime.

This is not a hostel but a hotel with your own bathroom and kitchenette in each room. Great if you can get it for the price of a hostel, but wouldnt pay the usual full rate for it.

Staff at front desk were really friendlly and nice especially Sumeet very professional. Clean room. Just the showers in the bathroom could burn some one with their Hot spells of boiling water.

It's a HOTEL not a Backpacker-Hostel. You won't meet other people to talk, but it is clean and safe and in the center.

We was really happy with our stay here. The staff were fantastic and hotel was nice. The only negative I have is that one lift was not working and the lifts are very slow. Apart from that everything else was fantastic. We paid under NZ$50 which is cheaper than most places and this hotel is better than them. Thanks so much we had a great stay and would definately pick All Seasons as our first choice.

Easy to walk past if you're not paying attention, but it's jut off Queens Street and near all the shops and close to the train station. My room was like a little apartment - a nice change from staying in ordinary hostels. You have your own bathroom (like a little pod), hob, big bed, balcony, tv and radio. Nice little place - a little bit cold in winter, but that's negligible. Staff are helpful. Well priced considering what you get. Definitely would stay again.
