The breakfast was excellent! Our hosts were completely helpful in every way. It's a wee bit outside the city, but an all day bus pass is cheap and not a big deal. We even walked the distance a few times.

Staff were very helpful. Nice location: street with restaurants, bars, shops and bus connection to town.

Terrific value, very friendly owners and staff. A bit out of town but very good transport links or a pleasant walk on a good day. Overall OUTSTANDING

Although we only stayed one night we had a nice experience. Having our own room key was good for security, and there are lots of bars and restaurants within 10 mins north or south of the hostel (The Other Place, right across the road, has great, hearty fare). The bed was comfortable and warm, and the Full Irish at breakfast was exactly the right thing to get us going the next day. Reccomend you stay here.
