This hostel will be closing on August 1st due to zoning issues with the city of Chicago. I will be accepting bookings during the month of July only. While the gallery will not be exhibiting artwork the apartment will remain completely furnished.

Summer Rates as follows (read carefully)
SINGLE BEDROOM = 1 full size bed for 1 or 2 travel partners to share. SUMMER RATE is $60 for 1person - or - $80 for 2 people (this does not include deposit to book). ***WHEN BOOKING MARK THAT YOU ARE 1 GUEST. Pay difference for your travel partner upon arrival.
DOUBLE or TWIN BEDROOM = 1 full & 1 twin bed for 1,2, or 3 travel partners to share. RATE is $60 for 1 person, $80 for 2 people, $100.00 for 3 people (this does not include deposit to book). ***WHEN BOOKING MARK THAT YOU ARE 2 GUESTS!!! Pay difference upon arrival.

All rooms are private and fully furnished. Only 3 bedrooms, never crowded. Shared apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Clean bed clothes and bath towel provided.
***Owner or assistant lives and works in property.

~15 minute subway train into downtown
~15 minute bus to North Avenue Beach
Located in one of Chicago's Trendiest Neighborhoods. Wicker Park is a fantastic medley of all kinds of personalities. The average age range is between 21 and 40. Wicker Park is safe and centrally located for easy access to all of Chicagoland. Fortunately for you, if you plan to get a full taste of Chicago, you will be conveniently located. Safe Metropolitan Area with lots of people on street. May not be suitable for individuals over the age of 50. Transportation is just around the corner.

Very secure with a locked street door, and locked door to property.
++++Check out is 12:00PM. $10 flat fee applies for later luggage pick-up time.
