in the rooms it was very cold, especially in the nights. Very good location. helpful staff. but it's good if you can speak italian when it's the owner sitting at the reception ;-)

The hotel was nicely located near the escalators into town, and the rooms were lovely. Breakfast was good as well, all over a very nice stay in perugia.

Amazing place to stay. The staff could not have been more helpful! The lady at the front desk helped us with so many things and could not have been sweeter to us. Room had an incredible view from the balcony. The bed and room were clean and very well decorated. And, the location is perfection, only steps away from an elevator that takes you to the center of town. Don't miss out on this superior accomodation while in Perugia for such a great price.
