It's a very very nice hostel in Venice, but just the wifi is not working that day...

Once we arrived they had moved us to a different hotel which was no problem, but this hotel did not include breakfast, and when we did our online booking it said that our hotel unclouded breakfast.

The location was great. When I got there the staff was kind and the room was clean and well-equiped. There was some problem with the money since I was not informed that it could be retained from my credit card, without saying anything. Luckily I asked if I could pay in cash. Internet rates could be less expensive. On the other hand, they serve a very tasty and complete breakfast. The girls serving it are very helpful and affable.

Good place at an excelent location, with good breakfest and a very good price. Unfortunately there is no lift and you have to carry your baggage and you must pay to have the wifi service.

I didn't stay there becasue they didn't honour my reservation nor did they refund my deposit. I was sent to another Hotel as apparently something had happened to my room (someone was sick in it or something). The other hotel was fine, however as I turned up to honour the reservation and it was the hotels fault that the room wasn't available they should have retunred my deposit. Instead the flatly refused to do so. DON'T BOOK HERE

Breakfast is good. Location is very close to train station. We stay 6 persons in one room. Space is fine but there is only 1 electrical plug. The number of bathroom is enough for sharing.

Nice location and great breakfast but the staff in night shift was unfriendly, which made the whole experience become worse.

When we arrived we were told that we couldn't have the dorm we had booked because there was a problem with the pipework. We were offered an apartment instead, that was fine, except the staff member didn't even apologise for the inconvenience, was totally inattentive to us, and had the cheek to tell us to leave everything as we found it in the apartment!! Like we'd do otherwise!!? The apartment was fine but for a first impression the staff fell flat on their faces and started our trip off badly
