This was the best and cheapest hostel we have stayed in. Each room has a separate bathroom instead of each hall like most hostels. I would recommend this hostel over any other hostel we stayed at in Europe. Although the staff isn\'t anything special, it is clean, cheap and an excellent value! This hostel rivals the cleanliness and commodities of most hotels. Great overall value, you will not be disappointed!

Everything is good except there is a huge machine in our room, which start to make noise at 6am!!! The room number is 207. Remember and ask for change the room before you get waken up!!

We had a private room with ensuite. The make every day the room clean and every day clean towels. Staff is very friendly, free wifi was good, and perfect location (only 10-15min walk from the bus station) I'll really recomend this hostel for people who are going to do a city trip in Venice!

It was ridiculous only having one key for the room, especially since you don't know the other people in your room. Expensive, but in Venice terms it was reasonable.

Very good location, actually this was the main reason why I chose this guest house. Very close to train and bus station, and for sightseeing. However, rooms are extremely small and no elevator, i had to cary my luggage all the way up. Clean bethroom, which is nice.

the place is very nice. Great spot, very clean also. But there some problematic things. We got a room at fourth flour, with no elevator, no good for heavy luggage. They got no kitchen, or refrigerator, unusual for a hostel. And they accept NO CREDIT CARDS.

The location is excellent, right on the main tourist route in Venice. You can get anywhere easily. The staff is friendly enough. The rooms (in the hotel building where I got my bed, Alloggi Gerotto Calderan has two buildings) were small but comfortable for a hostel, although the bathroom is ridiculously tiny (and water temperature is really hard to set). There are curfew hours and room-cleaning hours, you should note these before choosing Alloggi Gerotto Calderan. Free wifi is fast and stable.

Great place to stay for a few days in Venice since that's all you need to see the entire city and more. Perfect location, 5 min walk from train station. Rooms are very clean, stayed in 4 bed mixed dorm. No breakfast included, wifi works great. No complaints.

I stated in a dorm. The beds seemed clean, but the bathroom was a bit dirty and there wasn't any soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Also the beds were too close to one another. No lounge area. The wifi wasn't working either. We can leave our luggage in a backroom by the computer area, but this room is open and unsupervised so it's easy for anyone from the street to walk in and take our things. The staff was nice and the location was right beside the train station.

Overall a great stay. Their key system was weird, only one key per room, so the last person out had to give the key to the receptionist. Also the Wi-fi booted my devices off of it every minute, so the wi-fi was a total lie, and to use the computers you have to pay.

Honestly, you can hardly find low price room in Venice. But, this hostel really has some problems. We booked this hostel and turned out gave us another room in other building. We lived in a 4 person room and this room definitely transformed from a twin bed room. They just add a double-deck bed next to it. It's small and no lamp for each bed. Hair dryer is in the bathroom and it caused problems when some of my roommates had already slept.

The location is very close to the train station, close to the bus station (for going to the airport) too and also close to the port where i got the boat to visit Murano and Burano

Location was ok It was not too hard to find. The reception was nearby. The room is clean however bathroom seems to be too small only sufficient for an average sized person to access and move.

Very well located, very close to the train station. If you're looking forward meeting people though, this isn't the place for you, it's just a bed to sleep, there are no common areas. The staff is very nice.

We could just tell our name and get the room key. Anybody else could do that. So we would recommend to ask for id first.
