Easily the best place to stay of the three that we tried in Sicily. The room was neat and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice clean bathroom. Furthermore, the owner was very friendly, accommodating a friend who joined us for the trip at the last minute. He also offered us breakfast, even though it was technically not included in the service.
