Property Information:
The interior of the apartment with authentic wooden beams, parquet floors and white walls. Have a double bedroom, lounge, dining area, separate kitchen and separate bathroom. With the use of a sofa bed in the living room can comfortably sleep up to four people. You can also convert the room into a separate bedroom with the use of a separation screen is removable (as shown in photos). Both the bedroom and the hall lockers have not lacked space to organize your clothes, even if your stay is relatively long. - The City of Arts and Sciences, taking the bus stop 95 which is 150 m in 15 minutes takes you to the door.
- The Beach, has a direct line to the tram stop from the Pont de Fusta to Les Arenes (L4).
- Bioparc, taking the bus 95 in the opposite direction, you stop at 300m and 15 minutes takes you to the door.
- L'Albufera natural park, has an apartment 200m from the bus that takes you to L'Albufera and the wonderful Playa del Saler.
