It did not have many choices to find the hostel that is not far from paris montparnasse train station. This hostel is moderate for me. It is a bit dirty, No locker in the room. For all if I compare with the price, I think it is a bit expensive.

It\'s location is very good. Very close to the Eiffel Tower (Paris distance speaking). It was very clean and the rooms and bath rooms were ok too. The only thing was the breakfast, a piece of bread and cereal and that\'s it, and one of the staff was kind of a jerk. But generally I recomended.

For a hostel it was absolutely acceptable and the atmosphere was nice. The rooms are ok as well as the bathrooms (when several people take a shower in the same bathroom in a morning, I cant be perfectly clean). It was good to get a small breakfast....we good a baguette with butter and jam, some cereals with milk and a coffee (not the best one ) ). But for this price it is ok. A big plus for the nice atmosphere and real hostel / backpacker feeling...and the very nice and helpfull personal.

Had a generally plessant time, with the exception of paying an exhorbitant amount, and waking up after my last night, then realising half way through the day that i was covered in bed bug bites. Even ignoring that, this hostel would be my last choice for when i come back to Paris, it was very expensive, and the location was good, but not good enough to justify the bad beds, showers, and bar prices. Massive upside was the staff were amazing.

It would be nice if the hostel plans some more activities, that is, some means of meeting other people and do some planning.

I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse... The wifi doesnt work in the rooms so you have to go to the noisy lobby if you want to get online. There were only 2 toilets on the floor, that was difficult in the morning! It's about a 5 minute walk from the metro station and was only about 10 minutes from Gare Montparnasse, which is why I stayed there. Not a bad sty but overall, not really memorable

They do not allow anyone in the room during 11am-4pm. I check out around 11 and leave the luggage there. While I found I have lost something in the room and not any response when I went back to collect my luggage. Also the staff there are not very helpful, even refuse to post a postcard for me

When we first arrived to Aloha, we were greeted in a very unwelcoming manner by the staff. Not a good start to our first trip to Paris. Our room was for 6 people, but the size of a closet. Our heater was broken, but the staff did not believe us at first, but then gave us a space heater several hours later. It is ridiculous that you have to pay for towels and sheets after paying such an exhorbitant hostel price for such poor accomodations. The toilets and showers (one per floor) were dirty too.

When they say "no sheets" they actually mean NO SHEETS!! (Some places I've been to say this yet they still provide it free of charge). All the different rooms are painted a different colour so its a bit trippy. Wifi was poor. Hostel is more like a 20 min walk to the tower, not 10!! All in all could have been better.

Excellent location! Great staff. Wi-fi was a bit of a challenge to change every two hours but if you're not at the hostel all day it's enough.

Really rude staff, really dirty place, bad, dirty and noise beds, no lockers anywhere, dirty toilets, dirty rooms, expensive for so bad experience. Just a Brazilian guy member of staff was nice and patient to explain how to get to places.

We had problems during our stay at Aloha because the hostel had doubledbooked our rooms. When we went to bed the first night, we found another person in our bed. The staff at Aloha had appointed her that bed even tough the room was full and we had put our bed linen and bags on that bed. The staff was not very helpful when we complained and explained that we didn't have a bed to sleep in, even tough we had paid for it. I the end we got an extra bed in another room, but our company of 3 got split.

I haven't been in a such bad hostal as this. Bed sheets and towels are rented. It's supposed that in any hostal or hotel clean sheets and towels are included. I understand they request a for a deposit. But this hostal charges the use of both. At the same time, the matresses are dirty because some people do not rent the sheets/pillow cases. Everything is too small, it was very hard to take a shower.

Aloha hostel is an extremely friendly place where to stay if you want to visit Paris.Staff is young, smiling and willing to help. They always have a good advice to make you enjoy your city tour. The building is in a very quite area, close to the line 12, a few stops from the city centre and only few steps away from the Velib (city bike). 24h reception, wifi, nice breakfast, sheets and towels are just a few of the comforts offered... I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!

While I didn't have any specific safety issues, the lack of facilities was upsetting. They would take valuable items, but there were no lockers and the luggage storage room was a locked closet with everyones bags lying around. Besides that though, everything was fine. Beds were comfortable and they even had a person making free crepes. Bit expensive, but every thing in Paris is.
